Monthly Prize Draw Terms

Eligibility

The RewardingViews Monthly Prize Draw is open to all RewardingViews members, who are legal residents of Australia. The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations by the governing state. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing

Entry into the draw begins at 00:01 (GMT+8) on the first day of the month and closes at 23:59 (GMT+8) on the last day of the same month.

Entry

To enter the draw, a panel member must complete and submit their response to a survey or question poll, in which the email invite clearly states completion will result in a draw entry. Each additional survey or question poll that meets these criteria and is completed during the same month will result in an additional entry.

Restrictions

Each eligible entrant must have his/her own e-mail address, separate from the e-mail address of any other eligible entrant. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and log-ins, or any other method(s), will void all of that participant’s entries and may subject such individual to additional sanctions or penalties in accordance with the applicable Panel terms and conditions. Use of any automated system to participate in the Promotion is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and all entries submitted or received via such automated system will be void.

Prize Draw/Verification

All entries into the draw will be collated into a single database each month with a randomize algorithm being used to select the winner. Winners will be drawn and contacted within the first business week of each month via the email or phone number they provided in their profile information. At this point, the winner may choose between the prize options specified under the details for the specific draw. A more specific date will be provided under the details for each specific draw.

If the winner is unsuccessful in responding to our email or phone call within 3 months of contact, a back-up winner will be selected. This process will continue until an eligible winner has been selected and receives their prize. Winners may be required to show proof of identity before receiving their prize.

Publication

Prize winners will be published on the RewardingViews website. No information will be disclosed beyond the winner's name and state.
